The hotel offers a comfortable stay with daily room cleaning and fantastic views for all room types. The service goes the extra mile, even coming to assist at 3 am for a hassle-free experience. The location is superb, within walking distance of major attractions and amenities. The dining options vary, with some good and some poor aspects. Overall, a convenient choice with delightful features.
The hotel rooms may be small, but if you're just planning to sleep there, it's alright considering the price. The service, especially with kids, was very cooperative and friendly. The location is superb near Sultan Ahmed, ideal for exploring the grand bazaar and local shops. Dining was average, nothing special but not bad either.
The hotel had very clean rooms but was monastic in style. While my booking was in Euros as expected, the room was full of extra beds that I didn't order, needing more attention to detail. The service was very polite and helpful, though don't expect a five-star treatment. The location was superb, within walking distance of all the sights in the old city.
