the roof terrace was advertised but it was not open. the bar lobby was not really a bar. There was NEVER anyone there. The swimming pool is available, but it is not really a pool to use WITHOUT having a treatment, annoying

the hotel is in a very convenient location. i could easily walk to aya sofia and the blue mosque! the marmaray metro station is also close by. the staff was very friendly, and the breakfast had many choices.

the rooftop terrace was advertised, but it was not open to guests. this was disappointing because i wanted to enjoy the views.

the staff let us keep our luggage before check-in. this allowed us to see the spice bazaar and more.

the roof terrace was advertised but not open. this disappointed me. the bar lobby was not really a bar.. no one was ever there. the swimming pool was available, but only usable with a treatment.
